Frequently asked

About Water Intelligence

Is this data real-time?+

No. Water Intelligence shows the most recently published municipal information and anonymized homeowner testing. Every card is labeled with a Last Updated date and its data source.

Where does the municipal data come from?+

Every utility publishes an annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). We summarize the most recent published values and link to the source utility where possible.

What's the difference between municipal data and FYL testing?+

Municipal data reflects the water leaving the treatment plant. FYL Field Testing captures what actually reaches the tap after distribution, plumbing, and appliances.

Which South Florida counties are covered?+

Water Intelligence covers Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties — every supported city has municipal information, homeowner testing insights, educational resources, and recommended FYL solutions.
